Studies on the influence of high-shear granulation process on the compressibility of microcrystalline cellulose


In this study, the effect of the high-shear granulation process on the compressibility of MCC was characterized by plotting the compression characteristics curve, as well as the mechanism of the effect from the perspectives of mechanical properties, powder properties. The study is available in the PAPERS section.

Predictive modelling of powder compaction for binary mixtures using the finite element method


The present work details powder compaction simulations, using the finite element method (FEM) in combination with the density-dependent Drucker-Prager Cap model, which can be used to aid the design process of pharmaceutical tablets. Full paper available in the PAPERS section.
